General Rental Conditions
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving licence.
Please show a valid ID card or passport at time of pick up.
Age Restrictions
In Estonia, the following rules apply for the minimum age and possession of a driver's licence:
21 years old/2 years for vehicles in groups ECMN and CDMR
23 years old/2 years for vehicles in groups IDMR, IDAR, IWMR, SVAR, PFMR, SDAR, FVMR, LDAR
The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least 2 years.
A Young Driver Surcharge of EEK 320 per rental applies for drivers under 23 years.
Conditions of Payment
We accept all credit cards from internationally recognised credit card companies - such as American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa.
General Insurance Conditions
Third Party Insurance (TI)
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of EEK 1.6 Mill for material damages. Maximum cover for personal injuries is EEK 5.5 Mill per injured person. The hirer is liable up to the maximum amount of liability for accidents caused by the hirer, damage caused by parking, theft or any damage caused by an unknown third party.
Excluded from the insurance is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage.
If CDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If CDW is accepted, the customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EEK 15,000.- for all car groups.
Top Cover (CDW)
If CDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Top Cover CDW to reduce the Non-Waiverable Responsibility.
If Top Cover CDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EEK 8,000.- for all car groups
Super Top Cover (CDW)
If Top Cover CDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Super Top Cover CDW to reduce the Non-Waiverable Responsibility.
If Super Top Cover CDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EEK 3,000.- for all car groups
Theft Protection (TP)
Theft Protection removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of theft.
If TP is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If TP is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EEK 15,000.- for all car groups.
Top Cover TP
If TP is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Top Cover TP to reduce the Non-Waiverable Responsibility.
If Top Cover TP is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EEK 10,000.- for all car groups
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
By taking out personal accident insurance coverage can also be extended to cover the consequences of an accident.
All rates are inclusive of PAI.
By taking out PAI the limit of liability is:
EEK 5.5 Mill for invalidity,
EEK 5.5 Mill for decease,
EEK 5.5 Mill for medical costs.
During Opening Hours
Within the city of Tallinn and Tartu a Delivery/Collection Service charge of EEK 285.- applies.
Out of Opening Hours
An Out Of Hours surcharge of EEK 331.- occurs for bookings out of opening hours.

Cross Border Rentals & Territorial Restrictions
Cross Border Rentals are allowed to the following countries:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City.
Premium Location Fee
Premium Location Fee of EEK 356.- occurs for rentals at airport and train stations.

Accessories are bookable without obligation and subject to availability.
Refuelling Charge
All vehices are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Sixt, otherwise our current refuelling charges will apply.
Additional Driver
An Additional Driver Surcharge of EEK 239.- per rental applies.
