To Be Eligible for a Citroen Tax Free Leasing package for Geneva / France & Europe

Collections are only possible on the French side
When your flight arrives, as specified in your booking, call our representative on 00 33 6 84 97 25 47.
For international arrival:
- On leaving the luggage reclaim area, turn left
- At the end of the Terminal, take the escalator up into the Departures area and follow the signs to the 'French Sector'
- Once you have gone through customs, you will see a phone booths (use the France Telecom/Orange one) to your left after the glass door
- Then, follow the “TAXIS signs. Go downstairs, and the CITROEN Euro Pass shuttle will come to collect you on the esplanade on level 0 of the Terminal, which can be reached by lift. You will be transported by minibus to the service centre 4km away.

For collection by appointment : you must call 4 days in advance during switchboard opening times.

Service every day, but only:
- with flight info: confirmed at the time of booking; Tolerance of 1 hour after the actual arrival time of the flight concerned
- by appointment: must call 4 working days in advance with MDS during switchboard opening hours.
Tolerance of 30 minutes beyond the planned time (It is essential to make this call even if the time of the appointment was communicated to you at the time of booking).

Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 22:00
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 07:00 - 21:00
Public Holidays: Collections and returns are possible

IMPORTANT!
The representative will wait for you for 1 hour (maximum) after your actual flight arrival time and for 30 minutes beyond the time s/he is due to meet you. If you change your flight or the time at which you are to be met, you must inform.

RETURN SERVICE - Daily.

Customers can return to the terminal from which they are departing by minibus.

Getting to the centre:
From Switzerland:
- From Geneva airport, follow the signs to Ferney.
- After the border checkpoint at Ferney Voltaire, turn left at the roundabout and follow the D35 towards Lyon for 2 km.
- At the second roundabout, take the exit for 'ZI des anneaux', then follow 'Hôtel Première Class'

From France:
- A40 Bellegarde-sur-Valserine exit: follow the signs for Gex
- When you get to the roundabout at St Genis-Poully, go straight on towards Ferney Voltaire on the D35
- After 8 km, after the second roundabout at 'Les Anneaux', take the exit for 'ZI des anneaux'
