When your flight arrives, as specified in your booking, After collecting your luggage, contact Porto Paris LDA on 800 206 852 (toll free number) froma public telephone
located in the “Arrivals”Hall. After you call, the Citroën Euro Passrepresentative will come to greet you and will
accompany you in a shuttle bus to the pick up center.
Service every day, but only:
- with flight info: confirmed at the time of booking.
Tolerance of 1 hour after the actual arrival time of the flight concerned
- by appointment: must call 4 working days in advance with Porta Paris LDA during switchboard opening hours.
Tolerance of 30 minutes beyond the planned time (It is essential to make this call
even if the time of the appointment was communicated to you at the time of
booking).

You will be expected no later than 1 hour after the actual time of arrival of the planned flight and no more
than 30 minutes after the time arranged for the appointment. In the event of a change in flight or the time of
the appointment, you MUST inform the representative so that they will know when to expect you.

A) Driving a TT Vehicle in Portugal - Important Information
HIGHWAYS, Portugal possesses two types:
1). NORMAL - A large majority, with cabins for payment and payment system for non stop electronic identifier.
2). "Electronic toll only". Some highways or parts of them have no booths, only porches with electronic identifiers to
identify the license plates.
A4 - A8 - A13 - A17 - A19 - A25 - A24 - A23 - A22 - A28 - A27 - A29 - A33 - A41 - A42.
In "Electronic toll only" HIGHWAYS the car with non‐Portuguese license plate must pay on the same day that used,
purchasing a device for charging credit.
We recommend the client to:
Rent a nonstop electronic ID device "Via Verde ‐ visitors." valid for 90 days
This is the only non stop system valid for all Highways (NORMAL and "Electronic toll only") and also in car parks
around the country.
Place to purchase: "Via Verde" Shops (along the main NORMAL Highway tolls) and the main cities.
Rental deposit "Via Verde" €27.50 (value is returned upon delivery of the device by the driver)
Identifier rental cost in per week €6, following weeks €1.5. The initial minimum charge is €10.

B) CUSTOMS DOCUMENT FOR THE CIRCULATION OF VEHICLES:
- Vehicles delivered in Portugal include the document "Guia de Circulação".
- Vehicles driven into Portugal by the owners: They must get the "Guia de Circulação" document in a Portuguese
Customs Office. We recommend that the car owner retrieves that document at the border or at a major city customs
office as soon as possible. Cost €3. |
